I am committing myself this morning to completing my workout tonight.  Been sick alot lately and missing my workouts.  Going to have to pass on the Cherry Creek Sneak but will sign up for a race hopefully soon.  Looking forward to working out again, hopefully will stay well and not have to take anymore breaks anytime soon.  I feel like I haven’t worked out in forever!  Most I did last week was half my usual weight training workout on one day.  Tonight I am planning on a jog/walk interval and weight training…so looking forward to it! :)
